(Suspiciously looks around her living-room)

 

"I want to go home..."

"Look at the ceiling mom, whose ceiling is that? Who had the ceiling done?

"I don't know ..."

"You did. Whose picture is that next to you?

(Silence)

 

"That's Leslie mom, this is your house..."

(Fidgeting with her purse, eyes searching left to right, and a look of desperation on her face, like a child lost at a fair)

"OK, mom, I'll take you home, let's go..

​

"Alright..."

(20 minutes later after a drive around the neighborhood, re-entering the house)

"OK, mom, you're home, this is your home ok..."

"Oh, ok. Thank you"
